Embee – Explained for the Noobs!
I (me on twitter) had the same question a few months back. What’s embee? Is it some special website where I can watch videos, or download music? Is it a hashtag that we are trying to trend on twitter? and many more questions I found when I was searching in twitter! But the creator of this hashtag explains it in a better way, to make things easier 
EmBee it is. Long for MB. i.e. Mihir Bijur! And the hashtag #embee is nothing else than a playlist that he created on twitter. A playlist of songs that he used to listen all the day long. More people started adding into the list, and its become a well known playlist now on Twitter. It is an amazing collection of songs shared by music lovers.
Anyone new to this, would just be clueless like I was earlier, and Mihir can’t keep explaining everyone about the same. No one is so jobless and free to explain things! So explaining everything in here. If you still are clueless as you were, or got more confused, #embee isn’t what you should be interested in 
Now don’t ask me why EMBEE and no other name. Its Mihir who actually made the playlist for himself and to share it with his friends and followers, others loved it and help the playlist to grow by adding their favorites. And now, the playlist just doesn’t have the list of songs. Mihir keeps adding the links to the Youtube videos for anyone to check it if you haven’t already. Many share the song info, some share their favorite lines from the song and the list keeps getting bigger.
How do I contribute to the playlist?
Just add the hashtag #embee to the tweet when you are tweeting which song you are currently listening to. It gets added in there.

but, how is this different from #nowplaying or #np or #CLT
Aditya, it’s nothing different, except that most of us in #embee have found a nearly same taste and we love the songs shared in it. #np #clt are too big to handle and keep a track of.
The difference is that with most #embee recos, there is a link to actually listen to the song (if u haven’t already/want to) So you don’t just end up with random names of songs, You get a chance to go one step further.
