A tribute to my Mom!

May 05 29 Comments Category: Scribbled

I may not be creative, I may not be attracting anyone with what am writing below.. but its only for one person – My MOM!

I have never thanked my mom for anything, during my childhood, during my teenage, just thinking that Mothers are there for everything, why thank them for that? This post should be a fraction of my real feelings for her. But want to share it with everyone who are still what I used to be.

Your mom is the one who introduced you to this beautiful world, after bearing the pain for months. You still spend half of your life cursing her, blaming her for everything, but she would never complain back. She knows, the day when she leaves you.. that day you would realize what you are missing. She sacrifices every happiness in her life just to see you happy.
Being cursed for whole of the life, she is loved and missed only when she leaves the world.. this is the sad story of every mother!

I’ve never been a good actor. I have emotions, love but I lack the way to express it. At least here I would like to say how much I love my Mom! I remember those days, when she used to cry when I was sick, when I fell in any trouble. I never realized why her eyes filled with tears, only until I grew mentally. Its always hard to think about those times, and think how can I thank her for the life I got, the love she showered on me.

When growing up, I used to accept every decision of my Mom as the correct ones, and trusted every bit of it. Now as I grew up.. I take the decisions on my own, which my mom taught me to do. Most of them are against what Mom wishes, but still she won’t say anything. She trained me to live a truthful life, but in the end left a choice on how I have to live it. When something wrong happened, what did I do? Blamed her for not bringing me up well. She still doesn’t complain.. because she is MOTHER. Her everlasting, unconditional, pure love never ends.

The world around me made me busy, and I forgot what my family is, what Mother/Father/Brother/Sister are.. what they meant to me. I know each of them loves me, cares for me and expects the same from me. I have always, through my entire lifetime, failed to show that.

M – Messenger from the god
O – Outpour the love I and my family needs
M – Millions of things she does for me and my family

I love you Mom! I know I never told you this earlier, I never liked to say it, but still my love never lessened. Thanks for getting me into this world. If it wasn’t you, it wouldn’t have been me writing this. Thank you for all the love and kindness.

P.S. – Thanks to BlogAdda for a contest that made me write this, which I was willing to write since long but never did.

[...] I too have been thinking on writing a blog post about it, as being a blogger, this is my way to show my love to my mother, I know that my mother is never going to read this blog post, as she is not that much into Computers and might think that ‘Blog’ is the name of a Dog or any animal or something. But still I am writing this as my friend Chetan Bhawani has given a tribute to his mother on his blog. [...]
