Burj Dubai, which the tallest skyscraper was previously called, now has been renamed to Burj Khalifa, when it was inaugurated today i.e. 4th January 2010. Burj Dubai was the name given to it since years, since the construction started in 2004, and today its renamed in honour of the current President of the UAE and ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed al Nahyan.

Its usually called as a city where there is money crisis, but still all the wonders can be seen there. The city with awesome structure, beautiful buildings, and now this tallest structure in the world. So when you are on a trip to Dubai, you are going to experience one of the best places in the world.
The Burj Khalifa isn’t just a single thing, apart from that tall standing skyscraper, there is a fountain named Dubai Fountain, which has 6600 lights and water forced upto 150 mts height.
The Burj Khalija is a part of Downtown Burj Khalifa along the Sheikh Zayed road. Everything in the downtown project is expected to cost $20 billion to build upon.

It has many records like the tallest building ever built, having the highest installed elevator system which runs at a record speed of 64 km/hr and can take you from ground floor to top in just one minute time.
Its the only tallest building which has a residential area to live in. And has 160 floors, highest in the world.

Its open now, and spaces are available for sale. At $4000 per square feet, office space is available, and at $3500 for Armani residencies.
