Ruchika’s case being dragged. But no justice yet, CBI too playing a role in hiding the things. Today, 16 years back on 28th December 1993, Ruchika committed suicide unbearable of all the situations around her. But still we consider it as a murder, a horrid act by the top cop SPS Rathore who was responsible for what all happened.

The culprit SPS Rathore who went to become one of the best policemen of Haryana, after silently hiding what all he had done with his evil side, with his power of law.
Ruchika, 16 years back had committed suicide on December 28th, due to the forces on her from every way Rathore could put on her. She was molested, but it didn’t end there. Rathore had put the pressure on the whole family, including her father and brother.

> She filed a case against Rathore, with complaints about molestation, and instead after sometime was expelled from the school(which is said to be done because Rathore had ordered the school officials to do it). She used to cry always in the school, and there was no one to support her there.
> Her elder brother was accused in 11 cases for different allegations, and was jailed most of the time after Ruchika was molested. He was beat up several times, forced to sign many agreements when he was in jail. He was released and all his cases against him were called off, when Ruchika gave up her life.
> Her father was forced to sign a few agreements, to keep silent even after Ruchika committed suicide.
> The whole family was treated rudely, and they had to leave Haryana and move to Shimla later as they were said to avoid the media in Ruchika’s case. Her father had to keep silent always.
> Aradhana, the only one still fighting for justice for Ruchika, was her friend. She was with her when Ruchika was molested, but couldn’t do anything.

What could Ruchika do? nothing! There was no one to support her against the evil powers of Rathore!

The culprit has lived a happy life with several promotions in his duty, and still is free of everything. The court also just gave an imprisonment for 6 months. That in a few minutes got passed away due to the bail granted, by orders from Supreme court.
We need justice. The culprit should be given a punishment that the whole evil world remembers and seeing which no such cases of molestation occur again. We fight for Ruchika, we fight for the society.
