Chetan Bhawani

Jashnn is a low-budget movie bringing in the roles from upcoming bollywood people, and so is the movie’s direction and action by them. Here goes the story -

Akash Verma (Adhyayan) is an orphan and is supported by his sister Nisha (Shahana). Despite all his efforts, he is unable to remain competitive in this very competitive world. His sister Nisha is the mistress to a very wealthy and powerful man Aman Bajaj (Humayun Saeed), who financially supports the siblings.

When Akash finds comfort and love in Sara (Anjana Sukhani), fate has a different track planned for him. Sara, who mentored him when he was down, supported and trusted his potential, is none other than his biggest enemy Aman Bajaj’s sister. Amidst all this troubles, does Akash manage to discover his niche and bag stardom? Is he able to restore dignity in his sister’s life? Yes he does, emotionally winning Aman’s heart and winning the competition. Crap! There was no real emotion shown, that is where the upcoming actors fail.

Review:
Action: No one did it well, and they actually needed to learn how to talk Hindi words, and the dance, expressions all were something done by very new entries in the film industry. Humayun Saeed as the negative role did better than others, including Adhyayan Suman in the lead role. Adhyayan tried very much, but still a lead actor should have done better.

Music, songs: Awesome. The only thing i liked in the movie. Aaya Re, Dard-e-tanhai and other songs too stay in your mind after you leave the theater hall. Music direction by Sharib Toshi, Aftab Nauman is good enough and appreciable.

Direction: Not upto the standards. Does a poor fellow who tries to steal money, have a swimming pool in their house??? That’s very poor thinking. A few dialogues were good, but the way songs were to be directed, were not done. Aaya Re was shown in the starting of the movie and it made the movie dull after the song was finished.

Overall: If you ask honestly, its not worth watching and wasting your time, money. No one can go for just the songs! When everything else not good, you can just download the songs and listen to them rather than watching the whole movie. After gaining some name in Raaz II, Adhyayan Suman was expected to do well but he did not. The same with Anjana Sukhani too.
