How to call to Airtel Prepaid Customer Care from Postpaid SIM?
I am an Airtel postpaid user and i am the one who usually talks to the customer care people when either mine or any of my friend’s got any problem with any value added service or activation/deactivation of any service. And i prefer to use my phone to talk to them rather than theirs.
But being a postpaid user, i get connected to the Postpaid department although i might be in need of some help regarding the prepaid connection. Its 121 which we call to talk to our customer care.
So if you are using an Airtel postpaid SIM and want to connect to the Prepaid department, call 12124. That’s the line for Prepaid section for postpaid users.
If you are using some other SIM network like Vodafone, Idea etc. and want to query about something with Airtel, call 9849098490.
Airtel still has a very good customer care service, as they respond to every request of yours, unlike Idea which does not provide any good customer service and deactivation of idea caller tune was also not possible with their customer care.
