How to deactivate Idea Dialer Tone/Caller Tune

My mother uses Idea Prepaid cellular service and the service Sucks! Really! What we call as Spam on the internet, Idea is the spammer for mobile phones. She receives around 10 SMSes from Idea regarding their products and services, which no one is interested in. And the next issue with them, is the Customer service.

They never talk to people, are they really busy or they actually don’t have much people to engage with the customers? Unknowingly the Dialer Tone service got activated without our confirmation and around Rs 40 was being cut every month, and the song was some Telugu weird old song which no one would like to hear when they call my mom. So i tried many times connecting to their customer service, but always failed. But finally, one of my friends helped me out with it.

Deactivating the Dialer Tone was too easy..
Sms DTDEACT to 55456 and you are done. You would be getting an SMS that its deactivated within an hour. But never expect to do that through the Customer care service, as you would never be connected. Airtel is way better than Idea when talking about the customer service.

1) DT DEACT –> 55456 @ 3/- Pre Msg. ( Service will be deactivated in 24 hrs)
or
2) DEACTDT –> 12345 @ Toll Free ( Service will be deactivated in 24 hrs)
or
3) Come to Dealer/Retailer from where you recharge your number ask him to give request at dealer desk from his own number
or
4) Call on your customer care number : Visit http://www.ideacellular.com

    sare pagal ho gaye hai .. abey ek sim use waley us par ugali utha rahe hai jo caroro sim ko sell karta. this is a example of madness. abe aaj kal ke jamane ek educated personality hone k baad ye chidi choro jaisi baatey kyon kar rahe ho kissi ko ye bhi pata nahi ki idea dialer tone khud sell means activate or deacti nahi karta hai mr naresh bpo ka naam suna hai kabhi ye uske through hota hai. agar koi fault hota hai to customer call karo service deactivate paise refund. magar 24 to 74 hrs ke under.. tumhari trah nahi ki 10 din baad call ki aur kaha maine to diaer tone li hi nahi tab in that case they will not be able to help out from this prob. i have used Airtel Reliance, TATA, Vodafone the same prob i have faced with all of them. but i have never pin point that airtel has bad service service and vodafone has bad customer care service. there is a simple way if u dont like idea , purchased new sim of network. if u have lots of prob with them then why are using it. thing that kal ko teri saadi hogi teri wife me koi kami hogi to tu use chhor dega ya sare mahelle me usski kamiya gina kar ussi ke saath adjust karega

    sare circle k customer care number aur mail ids past karke sana ban raha hai// aree bhaya love meet jo idea use karta hai use uske circle ke customer care number mail id ya website address to pata hota hi hai ab koi itna bhi stupid nahi hai. agar mai delhi se belong karta hu waha ka customer care number to janata hi hunga. rahi baat mail id ki to mail http://www.ideacellular.com par login karke pata kar luga… poor guy..
    i have 2 idea connection number 9990754xx3. 99907543xx4. last 2 yers i didnt find any prob like this
