First camp of our batch! Was a great experience

It’s 5th November 2008, and the first dental camp for our batch where we were taken to a local government school in a village, where a team of 2 doctors, 7 students and a couple assistants went to organize the camp.
The total number of students in the school who were diagnosed were 149, and it was indeed an awesome experience.

Starting off, first of all thanks to our Principal sir Dr. B.K. Reddy, and then the doctors who came along with us, Dr. HemaChandra and Dr. Nagesh Bodhankar.
We are glad that we could learn and experience things like dental camps organized by our institution.

We had been taken to a government school where 7 students were given the job to record the number of School students to diagnose, then enter a record of what each of them is suffering from, and then a couple of us gave some demo training of teeth brushing techniques.
They were all school kids, so took most of it in a way of joke, but as it was our duty to give awareness about all that, and teach them, so we did that.

Happy that all went well that day, and the next day, we had to go to a place 250 kms far from our college, to Pargi, a small town to conduct a dental camp.
