July 08 3 Comments Category: Amazing

Its nothing new, and it is known since the year 2003 when the construction started for this building. Its “Burj” in Dubai which is going to be the tallest building in the world. And its being developed under a development called “Downtown Dubai”.

The estimated cost to complete Burj is US$4.1 billion, and for the complete downtown Dubai is US$20 billion. As of 12 May 2008, Burj Dubai had reached a height of 636 m (2,087 ft), with 160 completed floors.
It is estimated to be completed by September 2009, and the actual height won’t be revealed till then.

When compared to other tall structures it is way too tall -

    Thx
